I'm having this pain in my neck( left side) it happens frequently. For instance when i sleep sometimes maybe because of my pillow my neck pains. I have tried to use other pillows. Is there any medication or any other gel or something which can help me with my pain. Due to the pain I can't even workout properly. Also I'm having this pain in my right knee. Few days ago I was standing continuously and working from that day the pain started and also popping sounds are coming when I sit down. I tried to apply pain gel and also had a painkiller( flexon and asek200). The pain is a bit less but again due to that I cannot workout. I'm trying not to put pressure on my knee. I'm also avoiding deep squats, lunges and hiit workout just so that the knee pain doesn't increase. I'm only doing low intensity knee friendly workouts. What medication should I take for these pain.

At your age with no relevant medical history these pains are usually easy to take care of. Just review your postures, workouts and diet. Use of pillow needs to be seen as to how and which one you are using. This should do the trick. To alleviate curent pain try hot fomentation or ice packs. Proper rest and guided stretching and strengthening exercises should be helpful.
