I have been suffering from apthous ulcer and it's very painful .....Can I use orasore...Gel...And I hv been taking b complex tablet since 1day...

Dear practo user, you can use ora sore gel for local application on your ulcer. Also start using  a mouthwash 2-3 times a day.

Yes you can and taking multivitamin will help.  You might also want to step up your overall hygiene measures. Make sure you Brush twice daily and use a mouthwash( atleast 4 times a week).
