Hii, do u have any numbness or tingling and is it more painful aftr lying down ? If it’s painful in lying than you can take two pillows under knee and in side lying you can take one pillow between both legs .

Hi, please check the type of pain... need to stretch all the back muscles( gluteus, hamstring and calf muscles ) it's May be due to tightness of the muscles due to lack of physical activity... or weakness of the muscles...

It can be due to postural issue, nerve compression. Need proper evaluation for better treatment results.for now try to apply pain relieving spray or ointment like volini gel diclofenac gel.

If the pain originated in the back and is continuous to the leg, could be nerve related. However a joint or muscle could also bring on such pain.
So as suggested earlier the exact cause could be acertained by a detailed examination.
If your pain originated on the foot or leg and you have some referral, which is rare till the back... again a detailed assessment is required.
Muscular pain could hang on through the night.
** But other factors such as decreased sensation below the back, history of bladder and bowel issues, weakness of legs all have to assessed, weight loss.... have to be assessed!!!!
