Pain in right hand
My mother is suffering from pain in her right hand . It  pains even when she just moves her hand. She says that it's her nerve somewhere that is causing this trouble. It's not even possible for her to sleep at night. I don't know what to do in this lockdown situation at our head. It would be really great if she could get any help.

You should first rule out the cause of her pain.. Whether it is because of shoulder joint or neck or any other reason. How long she is taking tuberculosis medicine? She should give hot water fomentation for 15-20 minutes in the pain area. She can use volini gel or spray provided she is not allergic. She should avoid lying on the affected side. Avoid weight lifting, pulling or pushing activities.
Next Steps
If the pain persist or aggrevates she should consult a Physiotherapist or Orthopaedist through online for complete assessment and treatment.

Over use of muscles may cause strain that leads to pain in hand and if there is tingling sensation that may be different cause. Hot water fermentation twice a day will be helpfull and give her Accelofenac+paracetamol twice a day after food. Rest is compulsory for reducing of pain.

If only hand is paining then maybe due to overwork in this lockdown situation can be the causative factor. If her nerve is involved then she’ll be getting pins & needles sensation, for that proper assessment can be done both in the clinic or on video consultations. If the pain is since 1-2 days apply cold pack for 10 mins and then remove and then re-apply for 10 mins. If it’s more than 4-5 days apply hot water bottle for 15-20 mins only.
Next Steps
Consult a physiotherapist for proper guidance and exercises.
Health Tips
Rest is the tip along with cold/hot pack.
