The most common cause of heel pain is Plantar Fascitis or Plantar heel pain Syndrome. This is mostly seen during early in the morning and subsides slowly as you stretch your ankle and heel. That being said, you still need to get yourself examined to come to a diagnosis.
Next Steps
Calf stretching exercises are advised for atleast 3 weeks. Use warm water to relax the tissue Prior to the stretching for better results. If the pain is severe, take Tab. Dolo 650 SOS.
Health Tips
Do not do the 'ball rolling' under the heel or sole of the foot as it doesn't make any difference. Passive calf stretching exercises are found in YouTube for your convenience. Please follow them
