Pain in legs(fibular area) while running
I been running for almost 10 years and have run many marathons years back - recently i have started getting pain below my calves, at the fibular region just above feet, after running a km the pain becomes unbearable and cant run any more. This used to happen couple of months back, but after sometime the pain used to go away and I could run 5 kms, but now after 1 km run pain becomes so bad I can't run.

Is the pain on the anterior part of your leg? If yes, then it sounds like a stress fracture. Please get an XRay done. And avoid running for 3 weeks.
