Dont over use the muscles, take food rich in calcium and vitamins, due to weakness its causing you pains in body. You need to take healthy diet and avoid over use of muscles, run untill you can but dont ever try to run if you cant just for increasing the limit. Maintain proper posture and warmup everytime you want to run consult in person with physician if you want medicines for strength.
