My legs aim in the shin area and ankles after running. I want to know how can I improve my leg strength. Is the pain due to weakness or do I need to improve bone health ?

Shin pain generally happens due to tight calf muscle.Work on your stretches after run... please consult a physio who can plan some exercise to strengthen your leg muscle and also stretch your tight muscle.However running with a old shoe can also lead to Shin pain.
U need to visit the Physiotherapist for shin pain. Bcz there may tightness in your calf muscles. So stretch before start running. Start exercises like strengthening n stretching of leg muscles
