Hey there! You should get kinesiotaping done for your shin splints. Being a slow runner, you should condition your legs with all the exercises. Involve bicycling, swimming and tone up your muscles. If required you can take rests in between but in those days, try swimming and cycling exercises don't take complete rest. Get your vitamins and minerals checked and work on that also. Take proper nutrition. Do icing when required.
Next Steps
Kinesiotaping, some alteration of activities, nutritional check and no complete rest.
Health Tips
Do not forget to do proper warm ups, bear slight pain, do icing, and only take rests in urgency.
Due to weakness and deficiency of vitamin b12 and calcium you are feeling pains.
Take vitamins and calcium supplement avoid running, do stretchung for calf muscles, take rest.
check with Vita b12 and D3 test and consult back with reports.
