Right leg swollen from calf to ankle
There was a sprain in calf yesterday, now entire leg is swollen for papa. Had mild high uric acid one month ago and had stopped medicine for that after completion of 30 day prescription.

1st don't hang your leg during sitting may be supportive by support leg braces and shin cap 2 nd do ankle toes movement 5 set of 20 rep. Twice a day

Chiropractic adjustment will help. Quadriceps exercise Hams Stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube or normal belt. repeat 10 times, twice a day. Sports Taping- stretch the tape from both ends and apply on the affected area Contrast Fomentation (Hot and Cold). Chiropractic physiotherapy.

Sir you can visit physiotherapy clinic and take electrotherapy for 3 days, the inflammation and pain will get reduced.

1. Don't worry, it can be rectified 2. There is a pumping machine which reduces fluid in legs 3. Even we have foot machine which brings back ankle & foot mobility 4. So don't delay but take immediate action to avoid further stiffness 5.
