Start with answering yourself these questions : - Were there any stressful activities in the recent time? Any activity that demanded immense or more than usual lower leg movements? - Is there any tingling/numbness that you are facing? - are you able to move your limbs to their full range? or are you finding it difficult because of pain? - How bad is your pain if you were asked to rate in on a scale from 0-10? - How long has it been since the onset of pain? We can then go ahead with treating your pain. You can video consult me anytime you find convenient. Take care.
