I am having leg pain while jogging or running sometimes while walking after jogging.the pain is on the side of the legs.i don't know whether it is bone or muscle or nerve pain.is it normal because I feel it's unbearable.

It's call *Shin Splint". It's common in runner who recently changed there shoes or intensity or beginners or flat foot / biomechanics
/Foulty posture during running or jogging.
