Leg pain..
I am having leg pain while jogging or running sometimes while walking after jogging.the pain is on the side of the legs.i don't know whether it is bone or muscle or nerve pain.is it normal because I feel it's unbearable.

It's muscular pain which might result due to improper warm up or overstrain of muscles.
Next Steps
apply ice pack on calf area stretching of calf muscles.

It must be because calf strain or u must have developed runners knee. Do ice pack at pain spot 2-3min x 2-3 times a day

It's call *Shin Splint". It's common in runner who recently changed there shoes or intensity or beginners or flat foot / biomechanics /Foulty posture during running or jogging.

It's because of muscle weakness post work out. Don't over strain your muscles, do interval training. follow warm up and cool down sessions as well. Have protein supplement along with.
