Get Ankle Joint X ray to rule out any Calcaneal spur. For few patients it will not be Calcaneal spur and it could be plantar fascitis too.But your symptoms are likely to be Calcaneal spur. Micro Rubber slippers and painkillers will help you out. If still persists, then Injection Depomedrol 1 to 2 ml should help you. But chances of recurrence are also there. For more information, visit Germanten Hospitals, Attapur.
