This swelling means inflammation around the last tooth. Its is due to impacted tooth which needs enough space to erupt. But due to lack of space in the jaw, it causes pressure,  pain discomfort in the mouth.
Next Steps
Take medications and see if you can wait for the pain to subside. Then consult and ask for the immediate extraction is required or not.  And then with proper guidance , take your decision.
Health Tips
Third molars cause these type of problems in regular basis. The best treatment possible is to get them removed but if you are scared and the situation can be prolonged , please consult your dentist.

wisdom  tooth  has no proper space for eruption  you should go for the extraction as it may hamper adjoining tooth due to food lodgement. And this type of issue will reoccur again and again after every 2-3 months. So I would suggest go for the extraction soon.
Next Steps
warm saline rinses and some medications, first should consult with a dentist

The wisdom tooth has no space for eruption, it is better to go for extraction, don't go for operculectomy procedure. Now you have infection and fever is due to food impaction in that area. Use mouthwash ans salt gargle ( avoid hot water) .You should start with antibiotics and pain killers( Zerodol SP tablet , if no health issues). Once infection lowers go for extraction after confirmation by  OPG X-ray. Hope this helps you

Your wisdom tooth is not getting enough space to erupt properly. Food is getting lodged in the gums over there leading to infection and bleeding in gums. You cannot clean that area thoroughly. Try to maintain hygiene. Use mouthwash twice daily. Visit dentist for clinical examination and x ray. Ultrasonic scaling, operculectomy or extraction are the different treatment options to be decided after x ray.
Next Steps
Visit dentist at the earliest.
