Pain from around a week.
Pain is on left shoulder to neck upper back side, it feels like swelling or type of burning pain, i am feeling uncomfortable due to this pain. Please provide solution and if i have to visit Dr. then please do inform me.

Might be you r suffering from nerve root compression. ..go 4 xray and visit physiotherapy for cervical traction  n other treatment...a\c to xray report Visit  my blog to read more about cervical pain www.thephysiopoint.com

It is just because of muscle fascia tightness and active trigger points in the muscles. Go to some experienced Physiotherapist who is good in hands on therapy. It would definitely help you.

Neck Exercises. Neck Stretching. Postural Correction. Shoulder Shrugs. Take frequent Breaks at work. Core Strengthening Exercises. Use cervical pillow. Use Back Support. Self Massage the back of neck

Go to a experienced physiotherapist, he can release the muscles tightness, and trigger points, with in few therapy sittings you will be maximum pain free.

Pain may be due nerve entrapment of neck U just take some muscle relaxent and hot fomentation to get some relief Visit a nearest physio. Or an ortho. doctor.
