Hi mam,
First thing the given history is not enough to come for a Conclusion...
According to you are given history details..... you May have stiff neck and upper back spine....... you may have Very tight chest muscles rounded shoulder or forward neck posture.....
After applying hot fermentation you can try spine mobility movements but my opinion you can consult nearby physiotherapist in person ,He may need some other information like how it started and how it progressed the how is your posture , This would give more accurate diagnosis for your problem and also he can do some investigations assessments for further conclusion
Next Steps
hot water fermentation 20 minutes twice a day.
upper back and lower neck spine mobility exercises (if you are already in instructed and supervised by physiotherapist)
visit nearby physiotherapist in person or plan video consultation with therapist (at least).
Take an x-ray of CS, it may be due to improper posture stress due to work.
Twice a day hot water fermentation with diclofenac will be helpfull.
you may need epectro therapy, first take and xray and follow back with reports for proper diagnosis and treatment options.
you can either visit physio therapy clinic for diagnosis and treatment as well.
It seems that your upper back and neck is stiff and compressing your nerve so need to send me your pic of upper front /back side of your body or you can come up in a vidio call
In my opinion,at home you can do hot fermentation for 10 mins involving your neck and collar muscles especially ,the side of neck as it sounds like cervical radiculopathy .Thrice a day .After this wait for 10 mins and apply some anti inflammatory gel on your neck .Start wearing soft cervical collar and remove it while lying down,do remove it after every 2hrs or even less than that and move your neck slightly to avoid any stiffness.Don’t do any exercises till pain persists only do slight movement exercises of neck .Stop using pillow, rather use a rolled towel. This should help you.Take care
Usually with any left sided pain please rule out cardiac issues.
After that look at the possibility of visiting a physiotherapist. A proper assessment is required before starting Exercises.
