Low back pain and spasam
Dear doctor I am having low back spasm like sharp pain which radiates slightly on buttocks and legs I didn't lift any weight and basically I am working from home person I have a bad habit that I masturbate in prone Postion since years now I have doubt this intense back pain is cause of that technique? Pls guide me

It might not be necessary for the back pain to occur due to mastrubating in prone position. Had it been the case it would have presented in earlier times as well. Prolonged sitting or sacral sitting (slouching/sitting on tail bone) while working for long hours could be the possible cause. Perform gentle stretches and frequent change in posture. Incorporate stretches like child’s pose, piriformis stretch, lateral chain and hamstring stretch which will relieve the tension in the muscles. Mastrubation too causes muscles to tense, make sure to maintain a proper posture.

Okay please first correct your posture, apply ice pack immediately 15 to 20min , do slightly stretch your legs, and please consult practo physio. Proper assessment require.
