Hi sir Firstly,I would suggest you to avoid sedentary lifestyle i.e, long sitting and standing for hours. Secondly, avoid aggressive exercises till your pain subsides. Thirdly, use loop warm fermentation for pain relief

Hello,to start with firstly there has to be a proper diagnosis for the lower back pain.Why is it happening and whats the cause? Accordingly the exercise specific to the problem can be taught and practiced by the patient.Besides that various other therapies( under physiotherapy treatment) in adjunct to the exercises helps to reduce the pain.So to have a long lasting effect consult a physiotherapist to come with a individualised treatment plan.

Simply reduce stress on the back . Traction can help to do so . Make your para spinal muscles stronger by strengthening. Avoid prolonged sitting or standing. Change your mattresses ( if it is soft) sleep on firm surface. Exercises like bridging and spinal rotation can help.

Hi I would suggest you to consult an orthopaedic doctor if you are not getting any relief. Get your blood calcium, vitamin D and vitamin B12 level checked. MRI of low back will give better picture of the cause of your issue. If you are not getting any relief so far then do not follow any random online set of exercises , mostly patients get relief from specific guided set of exercises.
