Pain and lump type in abdomen
I got hurt on tuesday , and on my upper abdomen i saw red bruise and swelling with some pain, but yesterday when i was taking bath, i noticed 2 lump kind of in my upper abdomen muscle, it only pains ehen tpuching pr pressing it, other wise i don't feel pain, what it can be?? I'm getting very worried

Could be due to soft tissue injury of the abdominal wall.Apply ice pack over the area and some analgesic in case you have pain
