Dear Doctor sir/madam,
I am 28 yrs old, height 176cm, weight 88kg.
During Feb mid, my weight was 92 kg, later I joined gym and reduced by weight to 88kg by March end. Now due to lockdown I spend 1-1.5 hours on exercise 5 days a week. I plan to reduce my weight upto 78kg (10 kgs reduction). Kindly help me suggest ways to reduce my weight. Any supplements/ dietary plans to follow?

U plan ur diet,exercise,yoga.one hr a day
Eat maximum vegetables in ur food qty.
Eat fruits.papaya best daily 150/200 GM's.
Eat sprouts 200 GM's soaked overnight and raw for breakfast.
Substitute millets for rice.
Reduce spice,sugar,oil.
