Hello pls follow a healthy lifestyle routine including healthy diet,exercise daily for minimum of 30-45mins at first then gradually increase timing of exercise, reduce stress level by either doing meditation or mind relaxing yoga for minimum of 20mins,have adequate water,sleep early in night,try to avoid late night.
