Over weight
I am over weight . My weight is 113 kgs and height is 190 cm. It keeps on increasing. Due to. my height it does not seem that I am over weight but it is affecting my health. I usually get tired very easily and lack of attention at work. I can not do heavy physical task. Pain in chest Please help

According to your height ur weight is too much high so at first Target should be weight loss for ur health related issues . For reducing weight follow three main things like exercise, walk and diet. Take high fiber food in ur diet.add more fruits and vegetables in ur diet.add planty of water. Avoid oily and fried food .
