Currently I'm taking them per day one / noon post food, is the dosage enough

Gud morning rather than supplement intake try to follow a healthy balanced diet with exercise daily n other aspects of life style routine like proper sleep in night,adequate water intake n stress management so that it will give u a sustainable result in long run.

Many other foods that are rich in omega 3 like flaxseed, walnuts, chia seeds,fish,edamame,seaweed etc can be included in your daily diet.
