OCD related issues
Since the last 4-5 months, I have been feeling that I have some issues. I always keep washing my home thrice and twice daily and wash clean cloth too twice or thrice. Then also I do not get satisfaction that my clothes and my home are totally clean. It takes 5-6 hours daily. Pls assist me.

These are obsessive compulsive symptoms, and if it is developed within a few months, we need to observe that what went in your mind. What stress did you take? What changes in your lifestyle happened or around you because something triggered that’s why your OCD developed feather or not it’s proper OCD. I need to evaluate it and assess it, and then only I should diagnose, but rest assured there is of course therapy for it. CBT and ERP, which will really benefit you to get over this problem. We need to focus on your thoughts and change them in order to change your feelings and actions. Better take therapy sessions to get over it and get in touch with me all the best.

It's obsession and compulsion of rituals .. don't do compulsion means washing again and again I can understand u will feel strange if u don't do but try to control it for icd we need to break cycles obsession and compulsion and else we may start your treatment
