I'm looking for a diet chart-vegetarian only. 1200 cals & 1500 cals. 4-5 meals a day. I live in New Jersey and diet consultation here is very expensive. I am looking for some one who can write up a diet chart high in proteins with options. I'm willing to pay (can do consultation. Via Skype or any other video chats ) I have no other medical conditions like thyroid/PCOS. I'm pre- Diabetic.
