Hello :) For weight loss it is important to take care of a few things: 1. Avoid meal gaps : do not let create a gap of more than 3 hours between any two meals, because it slowers the metabolism and hinder weight loss. 2 include dandelion tea : consume dandelion tea 2-3 times a day. It helps in weight loss as well as inch loss. This tea is easily available online like amazon. 3. Consume a balanced meal: include all the food groups in your diet. Starving ourselves is never going to help in weight loss. 4. Include fruit smoothies and vegetable soups in your diet. They are quite satiating as well as keep you hydrated.
