Hi Could be deficiency in Iron (or) other B-complex vitamins, low protein levels etc.. Palpitations can be due to dehydration ( low sodium as well) and general weakness.. Have Well balanced diet that is nutritious containing moderate rice, moderate plant based proteins, all variety Nuts, dry fruits , seasonal fruits and vegetables, leafy green vegetables, milk shakes at times, enough fat in foods, ghee in dal,millets like ragi etc..are very helpful.. and healthy lifestyle too like physical activities such as walking around 45 mins to 1 hour per day daily, yoga, aerobics etc..are recommended..  and drink more water per around 2 to 3 litres basing on your outside climatic conditions, drinking fruit juices, coconut water, barley water, buttermilk etc are helpful.. It may be due to stress or any other factors too. You can add milk and other dairy products during the day. Take proper intake of fruits and vegetables in your diet. Add sufficient amount of water. You can start with meditation followed by some warm up exercise
