Not able to reduce weight
I do lot of exercise plus brisk walking 30 mins..but I do not reduce any weight..my lower body is fatter than upper body..suggest any diet chart for me that I can increase metabolism and reduce weight

Hi! Please continue with your exercise. You need to follow a simple diet with more quantity of fruits, raw vegetables and good protein like dals, pulses. Only when your diet supports the exercise, it will show you better results. Stay hydrated, drink 3 litres of water daily. Avoid taking snacks in between meals, you can also try intermittent fasting.
