Not able to loose weight
Hi I am controlling my carbs having plant based proteins and exercising 5 times a week yet unable to move the weighing scale down.can u guide on what's going wrong Regards Bhumika

Hi i suppose you have lost some weight initially. This phase you are in is known as stasis phase. No matter how much u exercise it wont reduce. Happened to me as well. So to get out of it. Plz contact me i need to know the specifics.

For reducing wt follow three main things like healthy diet, exercise and brisk walk morning and evening. Take high fiber food in ur diet. Add plenty of water. Add more fruits and vegetables in ur diet. Avoid junk and oily food. Small and frequent feeding should be included in your diet. Apply oil and gel for massage and cream for tightening on flabby part.

Dear Practo User I appreciate your hard work for  weightloss. Calorie cutting / carb cutting and consuming more protein to meet the RDA are not the key mantra for weightloss.. First i would like to recommend u to analyze y u have gained that weight? And how long it took to gain that weight.. Now a days most of the clients are not gaining due to high calorie intake..or eating more food.. Intead its due to deficiencies irregular meal timings and cellular inflammation..

Need more information about you. Your medical history , body composition, height, weight and your one diet recall. Includes complex carbs ( Fibre) in your diet . Don,t skip your meals. 1. Drink water 16 glasses daily 2. Take high fibre diet and low fat and carbohydrates diet plan and do exercise. 3. Stop eating outside foods and packets foods , junk foods etc fatty  . 4. Hi Limitation of Carbohydrates and calories is required for weight loss but you should not limit so much that body to to the starvation mode and you start storing instead of losing weight. Here are a few tips that will help you:- Eat small frequent meals. After every 2 -3 hours Exercise daily for an hour Eat protein rich diet (especially post workout, it will help in building muscle) Eat proper breakfast, as 40% of day's energy comes from breakfast Include healthy fat in your diet like nuts - almonds and walnuts, seeds like pumpkin, watermelon, sunflower seeds, etc. Drink approx. 3 l water daily Eat fiber rich diet, it will help to gain early satiety and help you feel full - include fruits and vegetables in your diet avoid junk food, oily food, processed or canned foods note: the given prescription can change according to different conditions.

I need your complete information then only will able to guide you 1 st i need your complete diet recall what exactly are you eating, how much carbs protein,fat and which kind of exercise are you doing. Do you have any health issues or not. Bcoz of that you don't loosw weight.
