I am controlling my carbs having plant based proteins and exercising 5 times a week yet unable to move the weighing scale down.can u guide on what's going wrong

Hi i suppose you have lost some weight initially. This phase you are in is known as stasis phase. No matter how much u exercise it wont reduce. Happened to me as well.

For reducing wt follow three main things like healthy diet, exercise and brisk walk morning and evening.
Take high fiber food in ur diet.
Add plenty of water.
Add more fruits and vegetables in ur diet.
Avoid junk and oily food.
Small and frequent feeding should be included in your diet. Apply oil and gel for massage and cream for tightening on flabby part.

Limitation of Carbohydrates and calories is required for weight loss but you should not limit so much that body to to the starvation mode and you start storing instead of losing weight.
