Please plan ur lifestyle with min food and exercise to be fit and healthy. Eat plenty of vegetables,fruits and greengram sprouts. Substitute millets for rice/ wheat. Drink enough water,buttermilk.everyday. Sleep leisurely for atleast six hrs at night. Walk exercise yoga for an hour everyday. Avoid fastfood,preserved food,spicy oily foods,nonveg,bakeryfoods.
