Diet for maintain sugar level
She is pregnant running 26 week , but after blood culture test after having sugar the sugar level reached to 164, could you please advise the daily diet to maintain the sugar level.

During pregnancy it is normal to have increased blood glucose. It is called gestational diabetes, which normalises post-delivery. She should avoid food containing sugar, oil and maida. She can have fresh and dried fruits.
