Can I take Himayala ayur slim or vrikshamshila for weight loss. Or any other medication? I am having thyoid and weight is increased and also my right hyp is having issue so cannot walk more due to hyp pain..can suggest weight loss supplement to loose weight so pressure can be less on my hyp

Gud evening pls share in detail about your medical history, r u following a healthy diet pattern,start doing some sitting position pillates or power yoga minimum of 45mins at first gradually increase exercise timing, try to sleep early if facing issue in sleeping or stress,then try to release stress by doing meditation for 15-20mins in evening time,drink sufficient water.try to follow a healthy lifestyle routine to get a sustainable result.no medicine or supplement will help u out for loosing weight.
