Need help sir/mam
Sir my blood pressure is last week 90/50 I do a blood test my platlets is 120000 and after two days it's 63000 but my dengue report is negative I don't have fever I only have cold sneezing and chills in feets and pain in legs like chills why this happen himoglobin is 12.1 please help me how to increase platlets I have full body weakness when walk feel dizzy now my blood pressure is normal
