Need advice on diet to lose weight
I was a swimming gold medalist in my campus and used to train regularly. Post college, about two years ago, I joined a software job and my activity level is sedimentary. I used to weigh 87 back then and am about 100.4 now. I have no control over my urge to eat sweets. I am planning to include oats, chia seeds and psyllium husk, apple cider vinegar and eggs to my daily meal. Magnesium supplements for a better sleep. The above sources I have gathered from Google, but a doctor's degree is no match for a Google search. Please suggest ways to control my sweet tooth and also if I should be avoiding any of the above stuff.

Firstly, you must start some activity on a daily basis.Resume your swimming.Oats ,chia seeds are not our local food and hence may not always be compatible to our bodies. Many of our local foods are highly nutritious and low calorie. Take a protein rich, fibre rich diet. For your sweet cravings take dates, fruits and milkshakes instead of sweets made of processed sugar.
