Hello practo User No need to increase your dosage as tsh is normal. Obesity is an associate disease caused due to thyroid. So instead of Increase ing dosage of medicine. Better go for thyroid diet which will not only reduce your weight but also help your thyroid to function normally. HOW DIET TREAT YOUR DISEASES First we find the cause of causing obesity  and then treat that cause Second , increase the metabolic rate Third, treat the deficiencies cause due to obesity Four, if all the cause, deficiency and metabolic rate is treated , you will start shedding weight.
