Hai my daughter is 11 months old she is walking without support but like u shaped ...and she is saying..and pointing words like fan ball dog bye bye waving, patting her head sometimes pointing eyes and nose and pointing appa and not amma, my concern is my elder daughter is under spectrum now she is 3 yrs old undergoing therapy whether my 11 months is development now is correct or not..I am worried and she is underweight I am giving multivitamin syrup 1 spoon and trifer syrup 0.7 ml in the night kindly suggest..what is her communication milestone at this age and also diet for meeting her weight and brain growth
