My body is moving from inside.
Its been a month or two I am feeling dizziness from inside but its not exactly like dizziness its like my body is moving from inside but everything outside seems normal and whenever I move my head it becomes more active.

Going by your symptoms., there might be deficiency of hemoglobin, or vitamin b12, . Take test of hemoglobin and consult with reports.
