You are underweight,start a balanced diet plan for  your weight increase . For bmr share your weight, height,age and daily routine. Calories also calculated on your bmr accordingly

You are underweight according to your BMI. So you do not  need to reduce it further. Infact you need to increase it some.

You are already in Underweight category. The Ideal BMI for healthy body is between 18.5 - 24.9. As per your BMI you are Underweighted. Don't ever think of going down. Contact directly for the right & personalised guidance. Thanks

As per your BMI , you are underweight. Normal range is 18-23kg/meter square. So you strictly do not need to reduce your BMI. As for BMR, you can get it check by a machine called as Body composition Analyser. We have this facility at our clinic.

As to how much steps you need to do daily, generally if you are not used to any exercise till date, you can start with simple brisk walking for 30-35 minutes daily to stay fit and healthy.
