Muscular pain
I used to play badminton regularly and presently aged 50 years. While getting up in morning it feels too tired in muscular mass & back. Please suggest me a health supplement which is easier to take. I am a vegetarian.regards

Need to examine,! Please visit nearest physiotherapy centre or physicians first. It may be due to dificiency of calcium or vitamins. So get sun bath 40 minutes daily at 40%open skin for 40 days. And get 1 - 2 bowl mixed fruits daily.

Hello..! It could be just muscle weakness.. do some elbow strengthening ecercises with 1/2-1kg wgts.. Eat good amount of leafy veggies,, 4-5 methi seeds early morning empty stomach with leauk warm water for more than 15 days.. u should be fine..! Thank u
