Doctor after prolonged sitting on floor by crossing legs
(approx from morning 7 till night 9 or so) for almost 2-3 months (was preparing for exams)
First i developed lower back pain, followed by abdomen and lower abdomen pain, leg pain,chest,left breast,left hand, left shoulder rrgion,left foot, on one side only..
If i am stretching i can feel my left side whole body muscles tight..
Will physiotheraphy help this?
Is it possible sitting has affected only one side?
Y other side is absolutely normal
