Muscle tightness?
Doctor after prolonged sitting on floor by crossing legs (approx from morning 7 till night 9 or so) for almost 2-3 months (was preparing for exams) First i developed lower back pain, followed by abdomen and lower abdomen pain, leg pain,chest,left  breast,left hand, left shoulder rrgion,left  foot, on one side only.. If i am stretching i can feel my left side whole body muscles tight.. Will physiotheraphy help this? Is it possible sitting has affected only one side? Y other side is absolutely normal

Yes due to prolonged sitting stiffness will be a issue It will reduce by stretching, posture correction,and with some pain relief modalities ,you do visit a nearby physiotherapy clinic for a better assessment and treatment Hope you get well soon

Due to prolomged sitting and cross legs causes the pain only one side, as there will be compression. Visit nearby physiotherapy clinic and take electrotherapy, the pain will get reduced.

Sitting for a prolong time and not maintaining posture,while sitting ur keeping more pressure to one side that is the reason ur feeling more tightness to one side than other Pls visit nearby physiotherapy clinic and take electrical modalities for pain relief later start doing stretching, strengthening, postural correction will help u to prevent this kind of issues
