Muscle stiffness.
I'm getting a severe headache with neck pain while sleeping from 2 days.Shoulder pain is also there.It is happening after continuous writing for 3 hrs in exam. In which position should I sleep? Is it cervical pain? Can I take paracetamol for severe headache?
