Multivitamins
I recently had my full body checkup done and found that i am deficient to almost all kind of vitamins, most deficient in Vitamin D(10) and B12(100). I am looking for a good multivitamin option. Please suggest.

Only multivitamin will not help you need proper consultation with the Doctor, so that he can decide whether oral medicine or injections need to be given for the vitamin B 12 deficiency...visit a doc soon.once your vitamin levels come to normal values you can maintain it through diet.

70% diet and 30% exercise are good for reducing the weight. You have to follow the healthy lifestyle. Do’s- use skimmed/ single tonned milk (300)ml daily Use cues and paneer which is made up from the tonned milk only Use olive oil and rice bran oil, scaffold, sunflower, mustard oil in the cooking Can use artificial sweeteners ( maximum 4 tablets a day) Don’t— avoid sugar completely and it’s products Avoid roots vegetables like potato , sweet potato , arbhi , zimikand etc. Avoid pickles and papas, processed, fried, tinned, packet food products

Read below to know , you can also take supplement but take food along with so that you are along so that you maintain good level later on also after stopping multivitamin. Vitamin D rich foods 1. Fatty fish, like tuna, mackerel, and salmon. 2. Foods fortified with vitamin D, like some dairy products, orange juice, soy milk, and cereals.Beef liver. 3. Cheese. 4. Egg yolks. Vitamin B12 rich foods 1. Beef, liver, and chicken. 2. Fish and shellfish such as trout, salmon, tuna fish, and clams. 3. Fortified breakfast cereal. 4. Low-fat milk, yogurt, and cheese. 5. Eggs.
