Hello!
Oily -pimple prone skin has many triggers like food , stress, lack of sleep, stomach upset, poor physical activity, underlying medical issues and less oxygen supply. Just taking a multivitamin will not benefit.
Take 3 litres of water daily, avoid oily food or even foods that are high in fat like milk, use very less oil in home food, stop eating snacks like chips, avoid papad, pickle and very salty foods. Start regular exercise at home.
A detailed assessment is necessary to provide a suitable diet plan and supplement that works.
