A glowing skin is an absolute must for your wedding, and 3 months is a fairly good enough time to achieve that.
Include a variety of fruits and vegetables especially the ones that are locally available and avoid any processed food at all costs. Include atleast 3-4 litres of water daily.

3 months are sufficient for making your skin glow. Take plenty of water , for beautiful skin you should take green leafy vegetables along with special food according to your skin status & tone. You can ask me directly for more online information.

Make sure you have hydrate well. Include fruits and vegetables in diet, especially yellow orange red like papaya orange Sweetlime kiwi, berries. Include Vegetable which will detox your body and make your skin pours glow.
Exercise regularly so the body get toned.
