Hi Have well balanced home made diet consisting of all variety..And avoid all outside foods... Consume all seasonal fruits and vegetables, dark green leafy vegetables, dry fruits, seeds, nuts etc...

Eat plenty of fresh veg,fruits and greengram sprouts everyday. Drink enough water,buttermilk 200-300 ml perday. Eat almonds,walnuts,figs,drydates,blue berries strawberries,apples papaya,grapes,...
