There is a difference between skin glow and skin complexion. While a good healthy diet and lifestyle can make your skin glow, it wont change your complexion as that has a genetic basis. You are likely to maintain the skin colour you were born with whipe seeing some fluctuations depending your exposure to sunlight, geographical location etc.
Next Steps
get a consultation for better skin.
Health Tips
Don't eat junk food, exercise daily.
