Multiple ulcer on right side of tounge
My grandmother has got multiple ulcers over her right side of the tounge we consulted dentist he has proscribed ledercort ointment 0.1% topical use. I want to ask about this medicine how is it and is any side effect with it.

Ledercort is a topical steriod to reduce pain and inflammation ... Ask her to take becozym c forte tablet twice daily for 7 days ... Its a vitamin b complex tablets which is recommended for ulcers or apply mucopain gel for pain and burning. Moreover maintain oral hygiene.

Hello mam... Ledercort is a corticosteriod ointment used to treat swelling, pain, redness....This ointment will provide symptomatic relief.... Also take vitamin B complex capsules along with it...

In cases of ulcer, ideal treatment is vitamin B complex tablets/capsules and application of topical ointment so as to provide pain relief.. the above prescribed medication is apt for the same. It is a topical steroid. there is no side effect of it and ulcers usually heal within 7-14 days. so u can go ahead with it.
