Multi vitamins
When shall I take multi vitamins and how many times a week? Is there a particular multi vitamin that you'd recommend? I feel pain in foot heel sometimes and below knee often. I almost believe that I have weaker bones. P.S. I'd appreciate a recommendation, rather than suggestion to consult somebody because that is the plan at the end of the day.

Hello Pain in bones can be due to Deficiency of vitamin D and calcium. Take vitamin D supplements for 8 weeks and include calcium rich foods like milk, curds, sesame, millets like Ragi in your daily diet. Take balanced diet with variety of fresh fruits and vegetables daily. Use soft footwear, avoid wearing heels. Massage your legs with warm til or mustard oil. Thanks
