When shall I take multi vitamins and how many times a week?
Is there a particular multi vitamin that you'd recommend?
I feel pain in foot heel sometimes and below knee often. I almost believe that I have weaker bones.
P.S. I'd appreciate a recommendation, rather than suggestion to consult somebody because that is the plan at the end of the day.

hello ,
Pain in the foot , knee especially the bone can be due to the deficiency of vitamin D or calcium in the bones , i would request you to please run a blood test to check whether there's any specific mineral deficiency based on the same , we can suggest you a multivitamin brand to be taken .

Hello
Pain in bones can be due to Deficiency of vitamin D and calcium. Take vitamin D supplements for 8 weeks and include calcium rich foods like milk, curds, sesame, millets like Ragi in your daily diet.
Take balanced diet with variety of fresh fruits and vegetables daily.
Use soft footwear, avoid wearing heels.
Massage your legs with warm til or mustard oil.
Thanks
Once a day is the recommendation for a multivitamin tablet. The one which can be recommended for you can only be advised after a one on one consultation which you showed me be going for.
Hi, to be honest it actually depends on your requirement, the level of your deficiency and lots of other factors. It is not right to suggest you anything before getting the indepth understanding of the situation, kindly consult directly for proper assistence, regards.
Hello,
I recommend, first, you need to run a full body test as well as the bone density test it will help you to find out the problem after that we can suggest it based on that.
