I got my muccocele removed approx 30 days ago and everything healed pretty well. Except I can still feel a small pointy lump from where it was removed, no pain or dicomfort but sometimes a little bit of stretch can be felt when that part is irritated. My doctor said they cant know for sure but it might be the residue of stitches.
Any advice?

After the removal of a mucocele, it's not uncommon to feel some residual sensations in the area where it was removed. This can include slight discomfort, tightness, or a small bump where the tissue was repaired. It's possible that what you're feeling is a part of the healing process, especially if there were stitches used during the removal.
It's positive that you mentioned there is no pain or significant discomfort. If the sensation you're experiencing is mild and doesn't worsen, it might be part of the normal healing process. As time goes on, the tissue in the area should continue to heal and settle, and any residual sensations you're feeling might lessen.
However, if you have any concerns about the healing process or the sensations you're experiencing, it's always a good idea to follow up with your healthcare provider, such as the oral surgeon or dentist who performed the removal. They have access to your medical history and can provide the most accurate guidance based on your specific case.
Remember that healing times and sensations can vary from person to person, and it's always better to have a professional assess your situation if you're uncertain or worried about any aspect of the healing process.

That’s fine. Don’t worry
Stretch is due healing of the underlying tissue
Tissue remodelling occurs during healing phase and some sort of irritation may be felt due to wound not gaining proper strength for time being.
Small pointy lump could be scar tissue of sutures. This may also get irritated while eating hard or fibrous food.
This is all part of normal healing process so relax and please don’t worry.
Next Steps
Massage the area, not to vigorously, as a routine. This will promote faster healing
