Mouth ulcer doesn't heal
I have had a mouth ulcer for the past six days, but it doesn’t seem to be healing, even after taking Orasore tablets and using the ointment. Is this a serious issue? Should I consult an oncologist?

Looking at the picture,it doesn't seem to be a serious condition and it should be healing in another 4- 5 days. Continue to use the ointment provided . Apply only to the affected area using an earbud. Make sure good oral hygiene is maintained.

There’s nothing to worry about; it will take a few more days to heal. Please continue using the ointment as advised by your dentist. Additionally, gargling with warm salt water (dissolve half a teaspoon of salt in a glass of warm water and rinse your mouth for 30–60 seconds, 2–3 times a day) will help reduce inflammation and promote healing.

Seeing the ulcer picture, its just a normal ulcer. Nothing to be worried about going to oncologist. This ulcer could be caused by various factors: -Accidental bite inside the mouth while eating. -Intake of extra spicy foods. -intake of any strong anitbiotics or medicines. -brushing too hard. -vitamin deficiency.
Next Steps
Continue using the same ointment, Take Vitamin B12+folic acid supplements. Continue warm saline rinses daily till the ulcer subsides. Stay hydrated as much as you can to prevent dry mouth.
Health Tips
Avoid: Harsh Brushing Spicy Foods Acidic beverages

Try applying topical steroid ointment turbocort 0.1% on the lesion for 10 mins twice daily. Rinse the area with water after 10 mins. Note any changes after a few days. If not discontinue the ointment and visit dental office for examination possibly for biopsy
